AI-Human collaboration.

AI raises a question we all have to answer.
With its rise, the question is no longer how do I keep my job, but what will my job even be in the future.
How do you evolve your value proposition to stay relevant in this new ecosystem AI is creating?
At school, teachers are increasingly concerned about students using AI for their assignments — it echoes an African father complaining his son has it too easy being dropped off at school by car: "In my day, I walked 5 km to school."
Taxi drivers clash with Uber drivers, accusing them of "taking our clients."
These aren't isolated incidents. They're early signals of a much bigger shift: it's not just about clients being redistributed — entire jobs will disappear. AI will do the work faster and more accurately than we can. That's the real warning sign.

But responding to this shift doesn't mean simply learning to use the latest tools. True participation in the AI revolution means redefining your role entirely. If you're a taxi driver, participating doesn't mean downloading a ride-hailing app — it means asking: What can I offer that a self-driving car cannot? Safety, local knowledge, human hospitality, crisis handling. Participation is the active, conscious effort to identify where human value still fits, and then building your future job around that gap.
So participate in the AI revolution, even if you're not in a technical role. Don't position yourself only as an end user — position yourself as someone creating their own future job, powered by the value AI adds.
AI will be in charge of the hard skills, we of the soft skills.
