It's all a matter of perspective.
From the chicken’s perspective, it might think: “These humans are cruel—they lock us in pens just to eat our children (our eggs).” But you might respond, “I need to feed myself. I’m a predator, and you’re prey—just like a lion is to a gazelle.”
Now imagine another being—one whose consciousness is more evolved than yours, aware of higher forms of intelligence beyond humanity. To them, you are the chicken. They may see you as inferior and subject you to the same kind of fate.
On Earth, humans dominate other species in the physical world. But in the universe, there may be beings who are superior to humans in the same way we are superior to animals. If incarnation is real and consciousness evolves hierarchically, then the more advanced naturally dominate the less advanced, just as in the animal kingdom.
It all depends on perspective. Your protests, like a chicken’s plea for freedom, may not matter to a more evolved being. Just as you don’t let chickens decide their fate, higher beings might not let you decide yours. Your physical form is simply a reflection of your current level of consciousness—and more evolved beings may look entirely different from us.
