Racism
I came across a course on the internet titled “How to Deal with Racism.” At first, I resisted the urge to comment. It's never wise to react in the heat of emotion—it's better to give yourself time to reflect and regain composure. Only then can you approach the issue with reason, perspective, and a critical mind. But honestly, why on earth should anyone waste their precious time engaging with ignorance—yes, I’m talking about racism? There are countless more meaningful and uplifting subjects to focus on: love, wisdom, happiness, generosity, kindness, truth, discipline. Yet people choose to dwell on something so backward and senseless. Racists are simply ignorant. Even European scientists have long confirmed what we already know: all humans belong to the same species. If your hatred is based on skin color, there is clearly something fundamentally broken in your thinking. Worse still, hatred and happiness cannot coexist. So in clinging to hatred, you rob yourself of peace and joy. ...
