The solution to underdevelopment.
The establishment of economic and business infrastructure, the creation of SMEs, the processing of raw materials, the increase of services exports, good and ethical governance, etc., are not the solutions to the underdevelopment of African countries but the outcomes or consequences of the solution to their underdevelopment.
The methods and strategies to use to trigger the development of a country are an open secret. Everything on this earth, particularly in terms of development strategy, already exists: “There is nothing new under the sun; what is has already been,” under Emperor Sundiata Keita (13th century), the development of agriculture was achieved thanks to ingenious irrigation processes; the international financial crisis of 2006 used solutions from Japan, which had already experienced a similar crisis; Elon Musk did not create the electric car; solar energy has always been there.
Idea (thought), desire (will), and action produce manifestation.
For such intelligent people to manage to get elected president of a republic and stay in power for years, they surely know what needs to be done to develop their country. But unfortunately their desires (for the most daring) cannot materialise into concrete development actions.
This is the problem that must be resolved in Africa before talking about development; otherwise, the underdeveloped countries of Africa will continue to go into debt by selling us the illusion that their loans are intended for development. Which, moreover, is no one’s agenda, starting with the African himself.
Africa absolutely does not want to develop. To paraphrase Professor Obinga who said, "Africa thrives on colonization", therefore it likes underdevelopment, hence its desire to stay there.
Craving something drives you to take the actions necessary to have it. The only thing that will prevent you from acting in this direction is the lack of freedom - a prisoner will not be able, whatever his ardent desire and his financial means, to watch the Champions League final live in a stadium. Unless someone takes him out of prison for this purpose given a bribery.
African leaders must free themselves or bribe their captors to escape this prison that is the colonial agreements.
The first freedom can only be achieved by force and that of bribery by strategy.
Without the ability to decide and act for oneself (self-determination), Africa will not be able to develop because those who decide for Africa prefer her to be underdeveloped.
The solution to Africa's underdevelopment is freedom, to decide and act, in order to implement all these development programs that are rotting in ministerial offices.
Borrowing from international institutions to finance development in Africa is pure demagoguery, the appropriate term is "borrowing for the improvement of the living conditions of the population and the state of the country".
Freeing themselves from colonial agreements either by force (total freedom) or by strategy (short-term, partial freedom) will allow Africans to choose the appropriate development program for their respective countries.
NB: The desire for freedom is first and foremost mental, and it is a violence that human beings must inflict on themselves to be freed from mental slavery.
